The Human Resources Department of the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited has partnered with the Skills Training Empowerment Programme (STEP) to host an engaging and informative CV Writing and Interview Skills Workshop aimed at equipping STEP employees and administrative staff with practical career development tools and training techniques.
The workshop, which was conducted as a “Train-the-Trainer” initiative, focused on enhancing participants’ abilities to prepare professional curriculum vitae, improve interview readiness, and effectively transfer these skills to others within their respective departments and communities. The session formed part of TDC’s ongoing commitment to workforce development, education, and community empowerment.
Facilitated by representatives from the TDC Human Resources Department, participants were exposed to best practices in resume preparation, interview etiquette, communication skills, personal branding, and confidence building in professional settings.
