St Kitts Bottling Company Ltd and KOSCAB (St. Kitts) Ltd are pleased to announce that a letter of intent has been signed between the two parties with respect to the sale of the assets of St. Kitts Bottling to KOSCAB. The transaction is expected to close by month end.

KOSCAB Holdings Ltd, is the parent company of KOSCAB (St. Kitts) Ltd and is The Coca-Cola Company’s main bottling and distribution partner in the southern Caribbean. As KOSCAB (St. Kitts) Ltd, we are pleased to be able to expand within the Coca-Cola system right here in St. Kitts and Nevis, with the help of the existing strong local team of employees, to grow the business to new heights.

The St. Kitts Bottling Company welcomes this new business initiative and sees it as an opportunity to provide continued employment and growth opportunities for its members of staff.
