Nicholas Brisbane is a successful Caribbean multi-discipline engineer (Masters in Engineering from Loughborough University, UK) entrepreneur and the managing partner of an international award winning architectural, structural and civil engineering design practice.
He has thirty-six (36) years of experience and has delivered on well over 400 successful projects in the region, Nick’s firms have strategy planned and designed on well over US$500 million of clients capital investments in projects and helped to coordinate the conceptual master planning of well over 10,000 acres of land in the Caribbean and Central America region.
He has also proven to be a successful real estate developer and real estate development strategy planner over the last thirty (30) years with investments in a number of projects within the OECS, and Central America and he has also been involved in a number of successful start- up investment ventures.
Charity projects are as important to him and his partners as investment projects and therefore much time is devoted to improving the local infrastructure and the sustainable environment wherever possible.
Through this wealth of experience, He understands the dynamics and multiplicity of challenges faced by our geographic location in the Caribbean including limited access to capital and infrastructure, the importance of resilience planning and engineering and the impact of climate change on small island development states. Through his work, he became passionate about energy conservation, and he has been involved in energy strategy planning throughout the OECS which has led to tens of millions of dollars in energy savings for several Caribbean commercial businesses.
