The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) wrapped up its series of the “I AM TDC Recruitment Fairs” on Thursday 27 November 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to attract, engage, and empower the next generation of professionals.

Held under the theme “Your Future Starts Here,” in St. Kitts and Nevis, brought together students, recent graduates, graduates, tradesmen, and job seekers eager to explore career opportunities within one of the Federation’s leading and most diversified conglomerates.

Throughout the highly interactive events, attendees had the opportunity to meet with representatives from various TDC business units, including the Automotive Division, Home and Building Depots, Airlines, DHL, Client Relations and Marketing Department, IT, TDC Insurance Company Limited and the TDC Financial Services Company Limited, to learn about available positions, internships, and professional development pathways.

Project Coordinator, Mrs. Tonya Kelly, Human Resource Officer in the TDC Human Resources Department, emphasized the importance of the initiative in sustaining the company’s growth and building national capacity.

“At TDC, we are committed to investing in people. The ‘I AM TDC’ Recruitment Fair is not just about filling vacancies. It is about inspiring individuals to see themselves as part of a legacy of excellence, service, and innovation that has shaped our Nation for more than five decades.”

She added, “Our employees are the foundation of our success. Through this outreach project, we invited a wider cross-section of persons in the Federation to take bold steps toward rewarding careers within the company, where they can grow, contribute, and make a lasting impact.”

The fairs also showcased TDC’s corporate culture and employee benefits, underscoring the organization’s focus on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
