Fellowship and excitement filled the Carambola Beach Club, on Saturday 19 July 2025, as staff from across the TDC Group gathered to celebrate and recognize outstanding performance and unwavering dedication, throughout the 2024-2025 financial year, 

for the annual Staff Cocktail and Awards Gala.

Cohosted by Ms. Xarielle Blanchette and Mr. Dominic Matthew, from the TDC Client Relations and Marketing Department, the evening featured homegrown cultural displays from the St. Peter’s Actors and Sandy Point Moko Jumbies.

The energy  of the event  rose to another level with two inspiring presentations underscoring the importance of the theme, “Together We Succeed, Together We Celebrate, Together We Are TDC.”

The first was from Mr. René Carayol, MBE. A globally recognized leadership coach and author, who connected with staff through impactful storytelling referencing his profound experiences with business professionals and leaders including Nelson Mandella, former South  African President.

The second was by Nevisian and Youth Advocate, Pastor Ron Daniel, who drew parallels between corporate resilience and national spirit, inspiring staff to continue to live and work through the theme, as they continue to provide a more than just service to the people of the Federation.

The motivational hype then set the tone for the highlight of the evening, the awards ceremony, recognizing the employees and presented by Executive Directors and Senior Managers.

Mr. Earle Kelly, Chairman/CEO was the first to be recognized for his years of dedicated service, leadership, and contribution to the overall  growth of the Group. Mr. Kelly took the opportunity to reflect on his journey with the company and offered sound words of advice and encouragement and inspired all present to continue to give their best to ensure that the Group continues a path of success.
