Mr. Wendell E. Lawrence is a distinguished financial consultant, corporate governance specialist, and former senior public servant with extensive experience in public finance, economic management, and regional development. Over the course of his career, he has served as Financial Secretary and Director of Audit of St. Kitts and Nevis and has held leadership roles with several regional institutions.
He holds Master of Science degrees in Accounting and Financial Economics and maintains professional affiliations with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Eastern Caribbean Association of Chartered Accountants, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
As Chairman, Mr. Lawrence provides strategic leadership to the Board, ensuring sound governance and prudent stewardship of the Company’s resources. His guidance has strengthened the Company’s governance framework, enhanced shareholder confidence, and supported long-term growth and sustainability initiatives. His extensive expertise in finance and governance continues to be instrumental in shaping the Company’s strategic direction.
