Mr. Earle A. Kelly is an experienced business leader and accountant with a strong background in corporate governance, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Having served in the company for twenty-six years, he rose through the ranks to the position of Managing Director with responsibility for all the company’s operations in Nevis in 2000, and later Finance Director in 2002. In the latter position he also has responsibility for several other functions, operating departments and subsidiaries within the Group. In 2014, he was appointed Chairman/CEO and retired in 2026. Throughout his tenure, he has provided valuable insight into business strategy, operational performance, and risk management.
Mr. Kelly’s contributions to the Company include supporting the development of strategic initiatives, strengthening governance practices, and providing guidance on key business decisions. His commitment to sound corporate stewardship and long-term value creation continues to support the Company’s growth and sustainability.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
