Mr. Nicolas N. Menon is an accomplished business executive with over three decades of experience in strategic management, marketing, retail operations, insurance, manufacturing, and real estate development. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University and Babson College and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Geography and Economics from the University of Liverpool.
Since joining the Company in 1994, Mr. Menon has played a pivotal role in modernizing operations, strengthening the Company’s brand, and expanding its business portfolio. He has been instrumental in driving innovation, customer-focused strategies, and operational efficiencies across the Group. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads the execution of the Company’s strategic vision while fostering sustainable growth, profitability, and continued market leadership.
